Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. Declares Dividend Increase

MINEOLA, Texas, May 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Mineola Community Bank, S.S.B., announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock. This represents a fifty percent increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend will be payable on or about June 26, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2023.
