Stonybrook Capital, a boutique investment and merchant banking firm focused on insurance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ravi D. Arps to Director. Ravi is based in the firm’s New York office and works on transactions spanning various insurance sectors, but has recently focused on surety, property catastrophe, and professional liability.
Since joining Stonybrook as a founding member in 2012, Ravi has worked on over 100 transactions, specializing in valuation of complex entities, mergers and acquisitions under $100M in transaction value, and raising capital. Prior to joining Stonybrook, Ravi worked for Bridgewater Associates and Booz Allen Hamilton. He was Pre-Med and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Wesleyan University.
