SS&C Appoints Rahul Kanwar to Executive Vice President

WINDSOR, Conn., Sept. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced the promotion of Rahul Kanwar to Executive Vice President. He is based in SS&C's New York City headquarters and will report jointly to Norm Boulanger, President and COO, and Bill Stone, CEO.

In his expanded leadership role, Mr. Kanwar will continue as a key member of SS&C's executive management team. Mr. Kanwar, who has been with SS&C for 12 years, will continue to oversee its high-performing fund administration business. Mr. Kanwar has been instrumental in the growth of this business unit both organically and through acquisitions and its growth to the number one fund administrator globally. Mr. Kanwar previously worked at Eisner LLP as the Managing Director of Eisnerfast LLC, and prior to that as a Certified Public Accountant in their financial services audit practice. He joined SS&C when the company acquired Eisnerfast in 2005.
