ITASCA, Ill., June 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Robertshaw, a global engineering and manufacturing company focused on controls and solutions for the residential white goods and commercial appliance industry, announced today that it has acquired Burner Systems International (BSI), a leading provider of complete gas train systems and engineered burner solutions.

Established in 1960, BSI is a full-service supplier of components and customized engineered solutions for gas appliances. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
