As a part of discussions with principal shareholders on the horizon of the next General Assembly meeting (May 27, 2015), the Publicis Groupe SA  (Paris: PUB) [Euronext Paris: FR0000130577, CAC 40] Management Board (Directoire) decided during its meeting held on May 22, 2015, to remove the 24th resolution from the vote. This resolution pertains to the modification of the company’s charter regarding the right of the Supervisory Board to name Censors (non-voting members).
