The 2016 Annual Financial Report (Rapport Financier Annuel) of Publicis Groupe (Paris: PUB) [Euronext Paris : FR0000130577, CAC 40] has been filed with the French Financial Markets Regulatory Authority (AMF) on April 28, 2017. The document can be requested at the headquarters in accordance with legal and regulatory conditions and is available on the Company’s website (www.publicisgroupe.com).

Publicis Groupe will publish its Registration Document on May 10, 2017 at the latest, i.e. 21 days before the Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on May 31, 2017. The Registration Document will include the 2016 Annual Financial Report.
