CHICAGO, Dec. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PrivateBancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVTB) today announced its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share for the fourth quarter 2016 payable on December 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 16, 2016. This dividend is unchanged from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share.
