Peter Stoneberg Joins Dresner Partners As Managing Director

CHICAGO, Aug. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dresner Partners, a leading FINRA-registered, middle-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Peter B. Stoneberg has joined the firm as a Managing Director.  Mr. Stoneberg is based in California and will support the firm’s technology practice.  

Peter B. Stoneberg has joined Dresner Partners Investment Banking as Managing Director.

Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Stoneberg served as the Founding Partner of Velocity Ventures, LLC, where he advised clients on M&A and private equity transactions.  Mr. Stoneberg’s previous positions include Investment Partner at Bank of America Capital Investors, Senior Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, Managing Director at Broadview Associates and a Product Marketing Manager at IBM/ROLM. 

Mr. Stoneberg has participated in over 50 public and private M&A and financing transactions over his career, including the $4.4 billion sale of Stratacom to Cisco Systems, the IPO and multiple M&A transactions for Siebel Systems, the leveraged recap of Cupertino Electric and the sale of the AmericaOne America’s Cup team to Larry Ellison and Oracle/BMW Racing.
