Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. Announces CREST Settlement

AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (ticker: PSH:NA) (“PSH”) today announced its shares – listed on Euronext Amsterdam – are to be settled in the form of CREST Depository Interests (CDIs) in CREST, the UK securities settlement system.

As a result, CDIs representing PSH listed shares will be issued by CREST on a 1-for-1 basis and will be enabled for settlement in CREST from Monday, June 29, 2015.
