Palmer Square Capital BDC Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

MISSION WOODS, Kansas, Jan. 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Palmer Square Capital BDC Inc. (NYSE: PSBD) ("Palmer Square" or "Company"), an externally managed business development company, today announced that it closed its initial public offering of 5,450,000 shares of its common stock at $16.45 per share. Palmer Square's shares of common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 18, 2024 under the symbol "PSBD."

"We ended 2023 on a positive note with an estimated net asset value per share of $17.04 as of December 31, 2023 and we are excited for the Company's future in 2024."

Palmer Square received gross proceeds from the offering of approximately $89.7 million, which it intends to use to make investments in accordance with its investment objectives and strategies.

J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup acted as joint book-running managers for this offering, and Janney Montgomery Scott, Oppenheimer & Co. and Clear Street acted as co-managers for this offering.
