Opus Bank Further Expands Its Los Angeles Commercial Banking Team

Tricia Landry Joins as Managing Director, Senior Client Manager - Commercial Banking, Los Angeles Region

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Opus Bank (“Opus”) (NASDAQ: OPB) announced today the expansion of its Los Angeles Region Commercial Banking team with the hire of Tricia Landry, a 19-year banking and finance veteran, joining as Managing Director, Senior Client Manager, Commercial Banking, Los Angeles Region. Ms. Landry is focused on expanding Opus’ commercial and corporate client base in the Los Angeles metropolitan region.

Ms. Landry joins Opus most recently from Citigroup where she served as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager and was responsible for establishing and building client relationships with middle market corporations with up to $5 billion in total revenue. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Landry served as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, where she was responsible for expanding client relationships with middle market corporations and originating working capital facilities and asset based loans. From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Landry served as Chief Financial Officer for Commerce Clothing Company and Diversified Apparel Resources, a $100 million branded and private label international apparel start-up. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Landry served as International Trade Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank, where she obtained and closed credit and non-credit international commercial banking relationships for both private and public companies. From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Landry served as Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Bank One and founded Bank One’s Institutional Banking Group in the Wisconsin region. Ms. Landry serves on the Advisory Board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Ms. Landry holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Agricultural Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
