Opera Announces Proposed Secondary Follow-on Public Offering of American Depositary Shares
Opera intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ADSs to be sold in the proposed public offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are lead book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering. TD Cowen and CICC are also acting as joint book-running managers.
The ADSs in the proposed underwritten offering are being offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Opera will file a preliminary prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus relating to and describing the terms of the proposed underwritten public offering, copies of which can be accessed for free through the SEC's website at www.sec.gov.
