JACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Mississippi Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel is pleased to unveil the agency’s first website. Citizens can now conveniently access information regarding the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel through its website at www.pcc.ms.gov.

“We live in an age of technology. Without a website, we did not have a way to legitimize our mission when attempting to get witnesses and other collateral sources of information to speak to us,” said Scott Johnson, Executive Director of the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel. Mr. Johnson went on to explain that this website will provide the public with an additional avenue for obtaining information regarding the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel’s scope of services so that they can better understand how the office could assist them with their cases.

The Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel website joins over 220 digital services created for the state of Mississippi through its public-private partnership with Mississippi Interactive, LLC, which began in 2010.
