Media Advisory: Marlborough Mall Helps to Outfit Local Graduates

WHAT:   Purchasing the perfect dress for graduation is an exciting milestone
        for many students. However, during uncertain economic times, finding
        a memorable gown that's within budget can be both stressful and time
        consuming.

        Every graduate deserves their moment to shine and at Marlborough
        Mall's ninth annual GownTown event on April 17, 2016, students will
        be able to purchase the dress of their dreams for just $10. This
        annual event gives graduates the chance to feel their best on a
        night they will remember forever.

        In advance of the event, GownTown is still looking for the help of
        the community by asking individuals to donate gently used dresses -
        short, long and of all colours - from today through until April 15,
        2016 at Marlborough Mall's customer service desk.

WHO:    Graduating Calgary students (must bring photo ID to the event)

WHEN:   April 17, 2016 from 10 a.m. - noon
