Matt Wing Joins Third Avenue Management as Senior Research Analyst

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Third Avenue Management LLC (“Third Avenue”), a registered investment advisor based in New York, today announced that Matt Wing has joined the firm as a Senior Research Analyst for the Third Avenue Value Fund (TAVFX/TVFVX). Mr. Wing brings over a decade of investment experience, most recently at Causeway Capital Management.

Mr. Wing joins Third Avenue from Causeway Capital Management where he was a Senior Research Analyst since 2013, identifying value investment opportunities across emerging and developing markets. Prior to Causeway Capital Management, he held positions at Sanford C. Bernstein and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Wing received a BA in Biology and Economics from Yale University and an MBA with a specialization in value investing at Columbia Business School. Mr. Wing is a CFA Charterholder.
