Marcelo Claure Elected to SoftBank Board of Directors

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sprint (NYSE: S) President and CEO Marcelo Claure has been formally elected to the Board of Directors of SoftBank Group Corp., a global technology player led by Chairman and CEO Masayoshi Son. The nomination was announced last month and Claure’s election was approved today at SoftBank’s 37th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Tokyo.

Al-Rumayyan, Managing Director and Board Member of the Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
