Lithia & Driveway (LAD) Expands Retail Network in Southeast Region

MEDFORD, Ore., Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) today announced the acquisition of Stivers Decatur Subaru in the Atlanta market. This strategic move increases network density in the Southeast region and strengthens LAD's import mix, bringing in an estimated $100 million in annualized revenue.

This addition brings LAD's total year-to-date annualized U.S. revenue acquired to $720 million. This acquisition was financed using existing on-balance sheet capacity.
