International Flash Storage Company Gets Sales Comp Process Upgrade Using Xactly

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xactly (NYSE: XTLY), a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced that Kaminario, a leading provider of enterprise-class all-flash storage has chosen Xactly to eliminate its existing manual sales compensation process, provide increased visibility and easily pay its sales people in various currencies.

“We looked at multiple solutions in the space, but ultimately selected Xactly for its ease of use, integration with Saleforce and the obvious ROI from implementing the solution,” said Jim Milton, Director of Sales Operations.

Prior to selecting Xactly’s solution, sales compensation administrators were spending days every month calculating payments to ensure accuracy. Despite the significant time and energy put into the process reps still couldn’t determine why and how they were being paid and administrators were spending too much time on tactical, rather than strategic, tasks.
