NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: JEF) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend equal to $0.125 per Jefferies common share payable on February 28, 2019 to record holders of Jefferies common shares on February 15, 2019.
