Hess Midstream LP Announces 2019 Schedule K-1 Availability

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hess Midstream LP (NYSE: HESM) (“Hess Midstream”) announced today that 2019 Schedule K-1 forms for common unitholders of Hess Midstream Partners LP (the predecessor registrant for Hess Midstream) for the period from January 1, 2019 through December 16, 2019 are now accessible through its website, www.hessmidstream.com.
The 2019 Schedule K-1 forms now available are the final Schedule K-1 forms issued prior to Hess Midstream’s conversion to an Up-C Structure on December 16, 2019. Thereafter, each Hess Midstream shareholder will receive a Form 1099-DIV with respect to distributions received on Class A shares of Hess Midstream.
