Harry & David Launches Eggciting Springtime Social Media Giveaway to Award $1,500 in Prizes

MEDFORD, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- This Easter season, people are in the mood for chocolate bunnies and a friendly egg hunt competition – so in the spirit of this time of year, Harry & David is offering participants a chance to win hundreds of dollars in gift cards. The winnings can be used to purchase an abundance of gifts for any holiday. Harry & David, America’s first choice for gifting, entertaining, and everyday delights, is hosting a social media giveaway encouraging consumers to play the #EggcitingHunt Sweepstakes, currently running from now through April 15, 2016.

Entry is easy: participants visit harryanddavid.com/eggcitinghunt and enter a name, email, and shipping address. Participants are then sent off to look for clues (with help provided) on Harry & David’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. Seven eggs will be hidden across harryanddavid.com and its sister brand, wolfermans.com. Each egg found and clicked on counts for an entry into the sweepstakes, plus participants will receive more entries when they share the sweepstakes via email and social media. To find the eggs, participants may also search for clues each day throughout the sweepstakes.

Three lucky Grand Prize Winners will receive a $500 Harry & David gift card, which can be spent on others or saved for the winners to splurge on key Harry & David products, including gift baskets, chocolate-covered strawberries, or monthly gift clubs! Winners will be notified via email of their win.
