ELMIRA, N.Y., Aug. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hardinge Inc. (NASDAQ: HDNG), a leading international provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions and accessories, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share. The dividend is payable September 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2015.
