Freddie Mac Prices New $3.25 Billion Two-Year Reference Notes(R) Security

MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/06/16 -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 0.75% two-year USD Reference NotesĀ® security due on April 9, 2018. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAEA3, was priced at 99.843 to yield 0.829%, 10.5 basis points more than the yield on two-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Thursday, April 7, 2016.
The new two-year Reference Notes security were offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Citigroup, Nomura Securities and Wells Fargo Securities LLC. An application was made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
