(Nasdaq: FOMX), a clinical stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing its proprietary topical foams to address unmet needs in dermatology, today announced it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares. All of the shares will be offered by the company.
