Fisher Investments Recognized By 2021 Top Workplaces Award

CAMAS, Wash., Feb. 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Fisher Investments has been honored with two new Top Workplace awards for 2021: Top Workplaces USA and Top Workplaces Financial Services. This is the first year these national awards have been offered.

Top Workplaces is the nation's leading employer-recognition program. The Top Workplaces USA award spotlights organizations that have strong connections with their employees and a strong culture of success. The Top Workplaces Financial Services award highlights companies in the financial services industry that meet or exceed the Top Workplaces benchmark and are dedicated to culture excellence. Award winners were announced during the 2021 Top Workplaces Virtual Celebration held Jan. 27, 2021.

Both awards were earned based on feedback from a regional survey many of the firm's Washington-, California- and Texas-based employees took in February 2020. The workplace survey measures 15 culture drivers organized into four themes. Scoring well indicates a healthy organization, more-engaged employees and better business results. Companies with the highest overall scores, compared to like-sized companies in their region, qualified as Top Workplaces.
