Fastwyre to Acquire Moundville Communications, Entering Alabama Market

SULPHUR, La., Sept. 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fastwyre Broadband (“Fastwyre” or the “Company”), a leading broadband service provider to communities throughout the United States, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Moundville Communications, Inc. (“Moundville Communications”), a leading telecommunications provider in Central Alabama. The acquisition, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, will expand the Company’s broadband services into Alabama.
