Entercom Communications Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE: ETM) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company’s stock of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2018. A portion of this distribution may be a return of capital, however, the amount is not known at this time.
