Entercom Communications Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

BALA CYNWYD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Entercom Communications (NYSE: ETM) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company’s stock of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2016. A portion of this distribution may be a return of capital, however, the amount is not known at this time.
