Ecology and Environment, Inc. Board Establishes Special Committee

LANCASTER, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/15 -- Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) (NASDAQ: EEI) announced today that in response to a Schedule 13D filed by Mill Road Capital II, L.P. (Mill Road) and a subsequent letter sent by Mill Road, that its Board has approved the formation of a special committee. The special committee will be given proper authority to review and make recommendations to E & E with respect to Mill Road. The Board has undertaken this action in order to comply with its duties and responsibilities.
