ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ecolab Inc. announced it has sold its Fab-Tech business unit, a part of Ecolab’s Global Energy segment based in Casper, Wyoming that performs custom design, engineering and fabrication of oilfield equipment, to Dragon Products Ltd, a leading manufacturer of mission critical products serving the energy industry, based in Beaumont, Texas. Fab-Tech sales were approximately $20 million in 2017. No further details were disclosed.
