ANNOUNCES ACQUISITIONS OF 6 ZIPS AND 3 SPIN CAR WASH LOCATIONS

MIAMI, Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- El Car Wash, Florida's largest and fastest-growing car wash operator—and soon to be Michigan's leading operator—continues its aggressive expansion with the acquisition of six ZIPS Car Wash ("ZIPS") Orlando locations and three SPIN Car Wash locations in Broward County. The acquisitions of these nine locations totaled over $50 million. These strategic acquisitions strengthen El Car Wash's presence in both areas while deepening its market share in core geographies.

With these acquisitions, El Car Wash now operates 65 locations with more than 300,000 active members and has over 60 additional sites in development across Florida and Michigan. The company remains on track to surpass 100 locations by the end of 2026.
