Cowen Group, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Conifer Securities

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cowen Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: COWN) (“Cowen” or the “Company”) today announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of Conifer Securities, LLC (“Conifer Securities”), the outsourced trading and prime services division of Conifer Financial Services LLC. Financial terms of transaction were not disclosed.
