Celanese Announces Vinyl Acetate-based Emulsions Price Increases

DALLAS & SHANGHAI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty materials company, and a global leader in vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) emulsions, announced today it will increase the price of vinyl acetate-based emulsions sold in Greater China by ¥200/MT effective March 27, 2018, and Asia outside of China by $50/MT effective March 27, 2018, or as contracts otherwise allow.
