Carmila Releases Its 2017 Interim Dividend Payment Date

BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News:

Subject to the prior approval of the Shareholders’ General Meeting to be convened on November 27, 2017, Carmilla (Paris: CARM) will pay on November 30, 2017 a 2017 interim dividend equal to 0.75 euro per share, by way of an exceptional distribution from the "Additional paid-in capital" account.

This distribution is the first brick of the Carmila 2017 dividend policy announced earlier this year.

The detachment of the coupon would be effective on November 28, 2017 à 0:00 am.
