LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Nov. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued earlier today by Windstream (NASDAQ: WIN), please note the amount of the dividend is 15-cents, not .15-cents as stated in the headline and first paragraph. The corrected release follows:

Windstream's (NASDAQ: WIN) board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 15-cents per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2015.
