CNO Financial Group Names Yvonne Franzese Chief Human Resources Officer

CARMEL, Ind., Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CNO Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CNO) today announced that Yvonne Franzese has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. Franzese will report directly to Gary Bhojwani, CNO President and CEO successor.

"Yvonne is a highly accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry," said Bhojwani. "She has a proven track record in organizational talent management and facilitating collaborative, high-performance cultures. We look forward to benefitting from her experience and leadership as we continue to execute our strategy for growth over the long-term, and she'll play an important role in the continued success of CNO."
Franzese brings over 25 years of human resources leadership to this role. Previous roles include top HR leadership positions at Allianz of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and MetLife. In addition, Franzese is a retired Major from the Air National Guard. She earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University, and a Ph.D., ABD in Sociology from The Ohio State University.
