HOUSTON, March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CBTX, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBTX), the bank holding company for CommunityBank of Texas N.A., today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.13 per share of common stock, an increase of $0.03 per share from the previous cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock paid on January 15, 2021. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2021.
