HOUSTON, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CBTX, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBTX), the bank holding company for CommunityBank of Texas N.A., today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 2, 2018.
