Baron Capital Appoints Amy Low Chasen as Director of Research
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Baron Capital announced today that Amy Low Chasen has been named Director of Research. She reports to Ron Baron, CEO of Baron Capital.
"Amy has almost 25 years of experience working in both investor relations and as a top-ranked equity analyst. She has the expertise, experience, and acumen that fit perfectly with Baron Capital. Prior to joining Baron, Ms. Chasen was Group Vice President, Investor Relations, at Avon Products for five years, where she served as the company's primary contact for the investment community. At Avon she worked to strengthen relationships with shareholders, potential investors and financial analysts through more consistent and effective communications. Prior to that, she was a partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs for 18 years, primarily known for her role as a top-ranked equity analyst. Ms. Chasen earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
