AT&T, CWA Reach Three Tentative Agreements Covering Former DIRECTV Employees

DALLAS, Sept. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T* has reached tentative agreements with the Communications Workers of America (CWA) in negotiations covering CWA-represented former DIRECTV field services employees in the company's Midwest, Southeast and Southwest regions.

The three regional agreements cover about 200 employees in two states in the Midwest Region, about 1,050 in eight states in the Southeast, and about 900 in five states in the Southwest. The former DIRECTV employees joined AT&T as part of AT&T's July 2015 acquisition of DIRECTV.
