AMERICAN TIRE DISTRIBUTORS COMPLETES SALE TRANSACTION WITH LENDER GROUP

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C., March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- American Tire Distributors, Inc. today announced that it has completed the sale of substantially all of its assets to a buyer entity formed by certain of its existing lenders.

The assets not included in the sale will remain in Chapter 11 and be administered under OldCo Tire Distributors, Inc. f/k/a American Tire Distributors, Inc., which will seek Bankruptcy Court approval of a chapter 11 plan at a hearing currently scheduled for March 27, 2025.
