Wolfe Research analyst Kalpit Patel initiates coverage on Scholar Rock (NASDAQ: SRRK) with a Outperform rating, PT $42.00.

The analyst comments "SRRK is developing myostatin-targeting therapies for rare neuromuscular diseases, led by apitegromab for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). While the program recently received a CRL from the FDA, we view this as a temporary delay related to manufacturing site deficiencies, rather than a fundamental denial, and we estimate FDA approval within the next ~12 months."
