Standpoint Research Starts Oshkosh (OSK) at Buy

Standpoint Research initiates coverage on Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) with a Buy. PT $24.00.

The firm states, "OSK shares were washed out and oversold on fears of how government spending cuts would impact OSK. More than two-thirds of OSK revenue comes from the government. In the last week estimates for 2012 EPS have come down from $3.53 to $2.24 leaving OSK at 8X forward estimates. Revenue estimates are for $7.6 bln leaving OSK market capitalization at 0.2X sales. OSK revenues last year were $9.8 bln."
