Deutsche Bank initiated coverage on IMS Health Holdings (NYSE: IMS) with a Buy rating and a price target of $28.00.
Analyst Paul Ginocchio said, "IMS Health is in the early stages of the move from a $5bn up to a $75bn addressable market, allowing IMS to touch all major areas of pharmaceutical company spend from just sales & marketing previously. With its 60+ year legacy as the leading provider of pharmaceutical data in 100 countries, combined with now broader market opportunities due to new capabilities, IMS is well positioned to achieve mid-single digit organic rev growth and strong FCF generation. We rate IMS a Buy as it trades at a discount to peers on PE and unlevered FCF."
