Deutsche Bank initiated coverage on Black Knight Financial Services (NYSE: BKFS) with a Hold rating and a price target of $32.00.
Analyst Ashish Sabadra said, "We are initiating coverage on BKFS, a leader in mortgage processing and data & analytics (D&A), with a Hold rating and $32 target price. BKFS has a solid recurring and transaction-based revenue model. The company has guided to 6- 8% revenue growth with upside potential from winning BAC and Citi mortgage processing deals (~$44m and ~$20m annual revenue opportunities). BKFS has identified a ~$2.8bn addressable market for existing solutions from new mortgage servicing wins, cross-selling specialty services and origination technology, as well as D&A solutions in the existing customer base and potential for further upside from new products and solutions."
