Citi analyst Michael Rollins resumes coverage on Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) with a Buy rating and a price target of $425.00.

The analyst comments: "Charter should benefit from accelerating FCF growth from the current trough in 2025, improving financial flexibility to resume share repurchases, and retaining positive strategic optionality if the category further consolidates. Broadband subscribers are still likely to incur annual losses as fiber coverage continues to expand and FWA remains a share taker within the value segment. Charter is responding to the expanded broadband competition by marketing new service commitments, converged rate plan bundles, modernized video solutions, enhanced broadband performance, value-pricing for mobile services, & faster footprint expansion (including RDOF passings). Charter is currently trading at a FCF yield of ~8% on our 2026 estimate, while FCFPS should more than double by 2028 to ~$65. Charter’s EV/EBITDA is trading at 6.4x on our 2026 estimates with the prospects to sustain low-single-digit annual EBITDA growth."
