Victory Capital appoints Molly Weiss as chief technology officer

Victory Capital Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) appointed Molly Weiss as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital Innovation, according to a company press release.
Weiss will join the Executive Committee and oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including its artificial intelligence framework and data analytics platform. She will also lead the Direct Investor Business.
The new executive brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, sales, product management and operations. She previously served as Group President of Wealth Platforms at Envestnet Financial Technology, where she focused on product expansion and strategy while leading technology solution launches and user experience initiatives.
"The rapid evolution of technology and data and analytics is changing the way in which we serve our clients," said Executive Vice President Tom Sipp. "Molly's deep expertise in building digital solutions for financial advisors and investors will enable us to further expand our product capabilities and innovate the way in which we engage with clients."
Weiss holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University.
