Vestis names Adam Bowen interim CFO as Kelly Janzen departs

Vestis Corporation (NYSE: VSTS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Kelly Janzen will leave the company to pursue other opportunities, with her departure scheduled for the end of 2025.



The uniform and workplace supplies provider has appointed Adam K. Bowen, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Bowen joined Vestis in February 2025 and brings more than 20 years of strategic finance experience, having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sonder, Inc. and BlueLinx Holdings Inc.



Vestis has engaged an executive search firm to conduct a comprehensive search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. The search will be overseen by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors and will include both internal and external candidates.



President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Barber said Janzen "built a strong finance team and guided the organization through a transformation marked by improved financial discipline and operational rigor." He described Bowen as "a proven leader within our finance organization who has been instrumental in developing and executing our business transformation strategy."



The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, as previously announced in its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2025 earnings release issued on December 1, 2025.



Vestis provides uniform services and workplace supplies to North American customers across various sectors, offering services that include uniform rental programs, floor mats, towels, linens, managed restroom services, first aid supplies, and specialty garment processing.
