Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM) has appointed Stacey Moser as Chief Customer Officer, effective immediately, as part of a broader organizational restructuring the Mesa, Ariz.-based company announced June 17, 2026.
In her new role, Moser will oversee sales, account management, and marketing across Verra Mobility's Commercial Services and Government Solutions businesses, consolidating customer-facing functions under a single leadership structure.
"My immediate priority will be ensuring continuity for our customers while driving greater alignment across customer-facing teams," Moser said.
The changes follow recommendations from the company's Board of Directors Transformation Committee, which reviewed Verra Mobility's operating structure and decision-making processes. The restructuring continues an earlier initiative to centralize functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Government Relations, Engineering, and Product Management, with those leaders reporting directly to the CEO.
"The Transformation Committee has worked closely with management to evaluate the company's operating structure, decision-making processes and opportunities to better align resources around customer needs," said Raj Ratnakar, chairperson of the Transformation Committee.
Separately, Jon Baldwin, Executive Vice President of Government Solutions, will depart the company on July 9, 2026. Baldwin will remain through that date to support the transition. His departure was previously disclosed by the company.
Verra Mobility also confirmed that its T2 Systems unit will continue to operate independently under Lin Bo's leadership, remaining focused on parking customers and separate from the integration of Commercial Services and Government Solutions customer-facing functions.
