VERINT appoints Dave Rhodes as chief executive officer
Verint Systems Inc. named Dave Rhodes as chief executive officer, effective immediately, according to a company press release. Rhodes previously served as CEO of Calabrio before that company's combination with Verint.
Rhodes will lead the combined organization following the merger of Verint's enterprise automation capabilities with Calabrio's workforce engagement solutions. The integration creates what the company describes as one of the largest customer experience data sets globally.
"Dave is exactly the right leader for this moment," said Mike Lipps, chairman at Verint. "He brings a proven track record of scaling high-growth software businesses, a deep understanding of the CX and workforce engagement market, and a clear-eyed vision for what this combined company can become."
The combined entity offers a portfolio spanning workforce engagement, artificial intelligence applications, and customer experience analytics. Verint provides customer experience automation solutions to enterprise clients, including more than 80 of the Fortune 100 companies.
"We are in a rare moment," Rhodes said. "Brands are under enormous pressure to harness AI to drive tangible business value, immediately. At Verint, our customers are already navigating this moment to achieve higher sales, lower churn and unlock groundbreaking levels of workforce productivity."
The appointment follows the completion of Verint's acquisition of Calabrio, which was announced in previous corporate communications. The companies are now operating under unified leadership and branding.
